From site visit to title deed
Five steps. Nothing is paid until you have checked the title yourself.
- Visit the land Pick a day. Our site officer meets you at the project, or walks it with you on video.
- Pick your plot Choose it on the site plan and we hold it while you check the title.
- Search and sign Run your own search on Ardhisasa, then sign in person or online.
- Pay cash or monthly 20% deposit, then 6 or 12 monthly payments. Every one receipted.
- Your title deed Within 90 days of your last payment. Collect it, or we courier it.

Are there extra costs on top of the price?
No. The price covers legal fees, stamp duty, survey, beacons and title processing. A corner plot costs a little more, and that is shown on the site plan before you choose.
Do you sell homes as well as land?
Yes. We sell serviced plots by the plot, and finished and off-plan homes in developments. The Properties page splits the two, and every listing says which it is.
How do the instalment plans work?
Pay a 20% deposit to reserve your plot, then clear the balance in equal monthly payments over 6 or 12 months. The plan price is fixed on the day you sign, and there is no interest.
How do I know the land is genuine?
We give you the title number before you pay anything, so you can run your own official search on Ardhisasa. We also show you the survey map and a sample sale agreement.
